We're so excited to announce the opening of our new restaurant in Sheridan, Indiana!
Cooking has always been a big part of our lives, and along the way, I had the opportunity to work in several restaurants, where I discovered how much I truly love serving food and connecting with people. When we moved to Indiana, I found myself missing that sense of community.
In 2021, everything changed when I was asked to prepare Polish dishes for our local Polish organization. It didn’t take long to realize that our area had no Polish food options—and the idea of sharing the flavors of my childhood grew stronger.
In May 2022, I officially registered my business, and I’ve never looked back. It hasn’t been easy; I spent countless hours learning the rules and regulations of running a small food business, cooking in two different commercial kitchens before finally building the beautiful kitchen we have today.
Soon, we’ll be opening our dine-in space with a deli, a dream that once felt so far away. I’m grateful every day for the support of my husband, our kids, and especially our customers. Without you, none of this would be possible.
